Air conditioning,
without the sweat.
Repair, replacement and the spring tune-up that keeps July boring.
Repair
Capacitors, contactors, fan motors, refrigerant leaks, frozen coils. We diagnose, quote, and fix in one visit when the part is on the truck.
Replacement
New refrigerant rules changed the game in 2025: new systems use R-32. We install Daikin and service every brand. Ameren pays up to $1,000 on a qualifying central AC and $2,000 on a heat pump that cools and heats.
Maintenance
Coil cleaning, refrigerant check, electrical check, condensate line. Spring visit is half of the Tune-Up Club.
Straight answers
Why is my AC leaking water?
Usually a clogged condensate drain or a frozen coil thawing. Turn it off and call; running it frozen can kill the compressor.
Repair or replace?
Rule of thumb: if the repair costs more than a third of a new system and the unit is 12+ years old, replace. We'll show you both numbers.
