Repair
Most no-heat calls are a failed igniter, flame sensor, pressure switch or blower motor. We carry the common parts on the truck. You get the price before we fix it.
Replacement
When a furnace is past 15 years and the repair is a third of a new one, we'll tell you that plainly. We size the new unit with a load calculation, not the old nameplate, and we build the transition duct in our own shop so it seals.
Options: 96%+ AFUE gas furnaces (Spire rebate $300), dual-fuel with a heat pump (Ameren rebate up to $2,000), boilers, garage heaters.
Maintenance
A fall tune-up catches cracked heat exchangers, weak igniters and dirty burners before they strand you. Tune-Up Club members get it scheduled automatically.

Modern cold-climate heat pumps handle most Franklin County winters; many homes pair one with a gas furnace as backup. We size it to your house, not a brochure.
